Upthrive’s platform is built on the proven science of ultrasound neuromodulation to affect the disease causing pathways across the somatosensory and autonomic nervous systems. Our unique approach utilizes non-invasive neuromodulation to modulate sensory neurons (up to a few mm beneath the skin) to drive various somatosensory-autonomic nervous system pathways including the vagal-adrenal axis and the noradrenergic sympathetic pathway. Upthrive pods: precise engineering
Our specially engineered pods are small palm-sized wearable devices (< 500g each) that create precise neuromodulation points within the body, purely using ultrasound. The treatment is effective, quick, painless, self-administered and safe. Our AI-powered mobile-driven platform enables this via sophisticated feedback-control of the protocol, to deliver personalized treatment across multiple kinds of chronic discomfort conditions including migraines, lower back pain, neck pain and nausea and their associated emotional discomforts. Our mobile application guides you through the entire treatment step-by-step - it’s like having an expert in your phone, always on call. Your treatment protocol is determined based on your symptoms, discomfort history and current physical and emotional state of mind. To begin, you answer a few questions on the portal, after which Upthrive’s Visual AI helps direct you to place the devices in the precise locations needed for your protocols.
